Volunteer | Many hands MAKE SWRM A SUCCESS!

 We need your help. SWRM 2026 relies on a strong team of behind‑the‑scenes volunteers to keep the meeting running smoothly. Volunteers are asked to commit to 4‑hour shifts, and you are welcome to sign up for multiple time blocks across different days. Volunteer roles include: 

•  Registration — Welcome attendees at the conference registration booth, provide directions, and hand out maps for symposium locations, local restaurants, and nearby attractions. 
•  Tech Support — While on‑site tech staff will be available, tech‑savvy volunteers may be stationed in symposium rooms to troubleshoot basic audio‑visual issues or quickly request assistance when needed. 
• General Support — Tasks may include making copies, ensuring meeting rooms are properly supplied by hotel staff, delivering messages to participants, reporting issues that require ACS staff attention, and assisting with other unexpected needs that arise during the conference.
